Returns Policy

Here at Simply Karen’s we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund.

In the interest of hygiene, goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds shall be processed within 7 working days.

Simply Karen's does not take responsibility for return postage & packing costs. Where possible please return by recorded delivery and keep the stamped Post Office receipt safely, this will be your proof of postage and you will be able to track your parcel.
